The Program aims to enhance organisations' ability to improve the learning experience for developing HP Para coaches through authentic workplace experiential learning.
The Program is comprised of two parts:
- International: Focused on targeting developing HP Para coaches who are ready and seeking to gain experiences with international Para coaching teams.
- Domestic: Focused on targeting developing HP Para coaches who are ready and seeking to gain experiences with domestic Para coaching teams.
